Working with our existing client network, we have identified new growth opportunities within the loan market. This successful capital raise will allow our company to expedite its expansion into these areas. The funds raised will enable us to hire additional talent, invest further in its data and technology stack to facilitate the roll-out of additional products and extend its geographical footprint across Europe and the Americas.
The funding round not only provides further growth capital for NPL Markets, but also brings in strategic institutional and private investors to the shareholder register who will contribute to the further development of the business.
Our vision is to capture the growing opportunity in the illiquid and distressed loan markets and build an environment where banks, investors, servicers and advisors can be better connected and benefit from smart technology and data. This latest injection of capital demonstrates confidence in our business model and will help us to seize opportunities in new markets.
